New Horizons Behavioral Health is a licensed, outpatient Community and Behavioral Health Agency conveniently located in Mesa, AZ. Our talented and dedicated team of clinicians and staff are trained to provide innovative and effective home and outpatient services to assist in the support and preservation of families.

Pariss Bobo-Mitchell
Director-Behavior Coaching (MMWIA)
Pariss Bobo-Mitchell is no stranger to the behavior health industry having spent over 8 years in the field. Spending years as a rehabilitation technician, mentor, as well as a behavior coach, to now being the Behavior Coaching Program Director with New Horizons Behavior Health. Where she oversees and manages all program elements. Before joining New Horizons Behavior Health team in 2021, Pariss worked for a diverse range of organizations. Ranging from residential facilities, youth detention centers, group homes, as well assisting in multiple human trafficking stings. Which fuels her passion for improving the lives of youth and making a lasting impression on the community.

Lorri McNeal
Clinical Director
Dr. Lorri McNeal is currently an LAMFT in the state of Arizona and an AMFT in the state of California. She has a PhD in Christian Counseling and Religious Studies. Dr. Lorri is determined in treating adults, children, and families living with mental health and substance use dynamics and has been doing so for over 10 years. She looks forward to and is passionate about walking with clients on their journey to impacting their quality of life.

Saundra Mosely
Program Director-Domestic Violence
Saundra Mosley is the Program Director of the Domestic Violence Division. She has over 14 years of experience working with victims and families who have experienced all forms of abuse. As an advocate, Saundra has made it her mission to spread awareness and help as many people as she can heal from the long-term effects of trauma caused by abuse. She is passionate about her work and strives to make an impact every day. She believes that together we can make a change to heal our communities.
