Our group therapy sessions are a highly effective resource for our patients to work through challenges in an environment that is safe, stimulating and supportive. Our staff is trained in a wide range of group therapy treatment plans that produce evidence based results.. Topics include but are not limited to:

  • Drug & Alcohol addiction

  • Domestic Violence (Victims)

  • Post-Incarceration Reintegration 

  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation

  • Domestic Violence (Offenders)

Our mission is to rehabilitate, educate, and empower our clients who are struggling with various mental health needs.  This is implemented by providing a safe environment and evidenced-based therapeutic curriculums that do not feel like a classroom setting. In addition, we facilitate recreational activities and games, art, practical application, team building, and peer-to-peer support. We are committed to providing an environment where our clients and their families feel supported on their journey to success and overall wellness.  

Rising Stars is enrolling for the following group topics starting the first week of February: 

  • Trauma 

  • LGBTQ Support

  • Mindfulness/Yoga

  • Anger Management 

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Depression/Self-Harm

  • COVID-19 Grief and Loss 

  • Independent Living Skills & Life Skills 

If you are interested, click the Book an Appointment button and  complete the information requested.

Once you complete the information you will be emailed a link to our portal where you will complete the intake paperwork for the client(s). 

Next, our clinical team will review the intake and determine the appropriate group for the client. 

Finally, you will be emailed the dates and times the group is offered and finalize enrolment

Schedule

Groups will adhere to the following schedule due to COVID-19 hybrid school schedules.

When completing your registration, you will select either the morning group OR afternoon group, not both.
